1. Overview
This Return Policy applies to physical products listed on our Gear page and purchased through direct inquiry. Group walks are free community activities and are not subject to this policy.
2. Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 days of pickup or delivery. The item must be in its original condition with tags attached and no signs of use beyond inspection.
3. Eligible Items
The following items may be returned or exchanged if unused:
- Dawn Reflective Band
- Mist Wind Layer (unworn, with original packaging)
- Route Map Set (unopened or undamaged)
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the buyer, or missing components cannot be returned. Opened map sets with writing or markings are not eligible for return.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at help@ligamentsevibran.world with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a reference number. Returns without prior contact may not be processed.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
7. Exchanges
Size or color exchanges are available for the Mist Wind Layer subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange within the 14-day window.
8. Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of pickup. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
